Work
Eight years as a product manager across enterprise finance software, payments, health tech and public transit.
Workday
Senior Product Manager, Revenue Center · Victoria, BC · 2026 – present
I began my career at Workday by driving development for usage-based billing products. I quickly moved to the Revenue Contract Agent, where I develop automated accounting solutions that generate billing and revenue schedules for customers who have uploaded a contract. The agent is new, and I'm learning a lot about how product management works for agents. In many ways it's the same, but with much more complicated testing and security.

How I work
- AI proposes, rules decide: where accuracy matters, I let AI draft and suggest, and keep a deterministic system responsible for the final result.
- Test with realistic data early: if real data can't be used, I build realistic stand-ins with known right answers before the feature gets far.
- Write down open questions and decisions: I keep a running list of what's unresolved and what was decided, so work can pause and restart without being redone.
- Measure the outcome, not a stand-in for it: a green dashboard only matters if it tracks the thing users care about.
